Flatcap connectors

Does the Flatcap 2 come with the cables to connect it to a CD5 and Nait 5 or do you need to buy those separate?

Also anyone know of an electrician in the Oxford area who could wire in a separate mains spur for the hi-fi and would know what to do/use without my advice. I 've read the threads but I'm afraid its left me a bit confused.
