I do not think so. You need to dwonload Songbook for it.

Song book is about the only application that works with uniti, and it works well thankfully.

I've used my mac with airport express to enable wireless control.

If I buy Songbook will it allow me to do this wireless without AE?

No you are streaming via airport express.

If you download songbook this will stream via UPNP. Or more accurately it acts as a control point between your UPNP server and the Renderer (uniti)

So provided you have an ethernet cable plugged into your uniti then yes song book is all you need.

Sorry if I sound stupid. If I buy Songbook for my iTouch, I can control my iTunes library that is on a Mac through the Songbook application on my iTouch? I also have a Netgear NAS Duo with FLAC files. Can I control this through Songbook as well? (Right now when I look at my files from the Uniti, all the files are in the same folder rather than setup in genres. If I look in Jazz, all the different genres are in that folder, same if i look in "holiday music", it shows ALL my files regardless of genre. I must be doing something wrong but cannot figure it out.) I implore anyone to please help me understand how to optimize my setup.

OK< to clarify yes songbook is available for iphone but its also available for mac laptops/desktops.

Goto macupdate.com and search for songbook. It has a demo, download and try for yourself.
