Near 50m and a nait 3?

At the moment I´m selling my Infinity Kappa 5 speakers, they need a little more power than my nait 3 wants to give them (they sound great but it should be even greater. My very old diy-built Carlsson OA5-clones sound better!).

But now there is a pair of Near 50m speakers for sale. What about those speakers? Has anyone listened them? Could they suite a nait 3?

I liked my Near 50s in 1992 with the Musical Fidelty A1 in a 15' x 20' room, so power is sufficient. And I still use'em with my 82/2 x hi/250.

Dick Olsher of Stereophile hated them, but I still like 'em a lot. In all likelihood, I'll upgrade my preamp before getting new speakers, though I have neither the money nor the inclination to upgrade now (or for the last 2 years).
