Phew!

Just tried to play a cd, and all I could hear was a faint tune behind a very loud pink noise. OH NO! thought I, especially after lastnight's storm. Thankfully though, it was just a loose connection from player into pre-amp socket. I can't blame the cat, I was trying the 'loose plug' method..... never again. My heart sank for a few minutes.
