What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)
Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005
Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.
So, what are you listening to right now?

Peter Gabriel felt that the track Here Comes the Flood was over-produced on his own first album and created a far simpler rendition which is featured on Exposure.
Is this a good album? Think I will check it out.

Noticed your post yesterday on the Felice Bros. I have Dirt Farmer from the library but have not given it a proper listen yet.
Gordon,
played Raising Sand right before JT, I love the RP/AK album. Hope you are doing well.

Brahms second piano concert from Arrau/Giulini/Philharmonia (from the set I mentioned a couple of pages back). I've always much preferred the D minor concerto to this one, but wow!
