What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)

Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005

Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.

So, what are you listening to right now?

At 18:30 GMT on BBC Radio Three the Saint John Passion of JS Bach is being broadcast ...

Quiet evening in I think!

We are about to get some snow over here.
So the weather people have been telling us all week.
Nothing like the truck loads you have had this year though.
This time last year i had been in shorts for two weeks.
Regards Stuart.

Stuart, Happy Easter to you and your family.

They keep playing with our emotions. Just when we think that winter is over they dump another storm on us. I still prefer the snow (we got 15 cm today and it is still coming down hard). In other part of the Midwest very heavy rains caused severe floodings.
No work today so things are not that bad. The plans call for a lot of music, some reading and watching a film in the evening.

Looks good but.............how's the music?

Fantastic, two like minded souls jammin and having a laugh. When they're talking between tracks you can hear that Stevie is slightly in awe of Albert. Really showed his humility.

Well.
Thanks a lot for short review........how do i have to call you?.................

Crescent Crawl

Amazing playing of Bruce Katz on the piano and the Hammond B-3 organ.

Unfortunately AudioQuest stopped recording music. They just make cables these days.
