What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)
Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005
Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.
So, what are you listening to right now?

Kuma For information:-
The Crystal Method have done the theme music for the Sky(shown) series Bones.
Thanks Howard.
Is it any better than the London?
I still think that they haven't done anything worthwhile since the Vegas.
This ST is not bad but it sounds just a rehash of the Vegas altho, it is better than their last release. And the one before the Tweakend was lacklustre, too.

Excellent choice Nic.
If you like Brazilian music, I highly recommend Espiritu from the NAIM label. I just listened to it in the car tonight.

Hi Alan!
You have not " add attachement" on music forum.
If you want to include a pic here you have to use Image Shack.
Just register and then get back.
I'll send you a short guide to add pics.

Frank Black - Teemager of the year.
Franks "White Album"
Bono's favoutite album of the year in the 1994 MOJO poll.
My favorite of the whole 1990's.
"Sir Rockaby" sung to my newly born with tears in my ear and a gladness and wonder in my heart.
Anyone else here into the genius that is Charles Thompson II?

Gianluigi,
In one sentence: It is not a music to listen to while dicussing ...Israel (thank you for your support the other day).
Alina is very delicate slow moving pieces of piano & violin and piano & cello alternating. It is my favourite Arvo and I listen to it a lot at home but not in car where the noisy ride basicly kills it.
You can smple it here:
