What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)

Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005

Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.

So, what are you listening to right now?

I have the same Direct Cut, kuma !

It was a (18th ?) birthday present from my mother who had gone into a record shop saying "listen, my sun is crazy about records. Sell me something that sounds real good"...

Funny,

"Witold Malcuzynski plays Brahms, Beethoven & Chopin". Malcuzynski, an essentially Chopinian, of course above all plays the Chopin pieces beautifully.
