What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)
Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005
Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.
So, what are you listening to right now?

Howard - Is that new Audioslave album any good? I played the last one maybe twice and then shelved it.

Sounds like a mixture between a classical Indian raga and a finger picking guy sitting alone in the Grand Canyon, so far. Nice...

ps in case the image does not work, it is "Flying Teapot" by Gong

The Orchestre National Du Jazz playing Led Zeppelin songs. Adrian, I totally agree with your estimation of the Salzau disc, and would put THIS one, into the bag, too...

She has done some interesting solo work since Throwing Muses kind of receded. I do not have this one though and need to go find it.
Thanks

Coming home at listen to this beautiful music once more.

Think I have to buy their second album, too!

I quite enjoyed it played it through twice and recorded it on to MD.All tracks are similar,a couple I really like. 3.5/5. I haven't heard any other albums by them. This is a loan from my son who has at least one other CD. What was the one you listened to before?
