What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)
Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005
Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.
So, what are you listening to right now?

It's 60's and 90's at my house:
The Beatles, Love soundtrack;
Oasis, Stop The Clocks (best-of compilation)
I'm not buying the U2 or Westlife CDs, sorry.
Larry, are you listening to Love stereo or 5.1?

Thanks Gian.
I used to listen to news on the car's radio but I found it was cheering me up too much...
Now I keep 2-3 CDs regularly in the car and listen to one of them every day (60 minutes ride).
I told you what the problem is. You spend so much money on a Lamborghini that there is no money left for speakers.
It is Thanksgiving today and I am going to be busy cooking and then taking the food to friends.
Take care,
Haim

I'm cheating a bit here having just got in with my latest purchase - Robert Plant's Nine Lives 10 disc collection.. So, if it's okay, I'll sit and have another look through the packaging and decide where's best to start!

Could Thijs van Leer be the finest (or at least, most lyrical) flute player in rock music? ("Janis")
Two great albums, anyway you slice it.
