What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)

Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.

Definitely a recording that will last. Especially the 2nd partita is just wonderfull !

I have this Kremer and I enjoy it, though I am not sure I would have bought it if I knew that ECM would come up with the solo work performed by Holloway whom I consider superb.

Tam,
I don't have the vocabulary or knowledge to describe much in the classical area.
This one came out as a poor cousin to the Anda I bought at the same time. It has shown itself to have more in I than I first thought and now I really like it.

4 woman no cry.

Something warm to defrost. I have been working for the last four hours on the driveway, trying to deal with 14 inches of very wet snow. The snowblower is totally useless.
