What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)
Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005
Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.
So, what are you listening to right now?

Let's call it "Adam and the aunts"!

We could also perform a "Peeling session" (limited edition)!

Remaster of 1972 second album from Stackridge who mix rock, folk, country and rustic strangeness. This contains the epic
Syracuse The Elephant. It's like the Bonzos meet Los Trios Paranoias - great.

A ROTF recommendation and excellent. I would imagine that 'Faultlines' is good too. 'Scribbled in chalk' and Over the Rhine's 'Drunkards Prayer' are keeping Rickie Lee's newie out of the cdp.

Good? It's fantastic - one of the best albums of this century. Why not listen to some snippets of Faultlines on
Karine's site.
Glad you like
Scribbled In Chalk - enjoy the music.
All the best, Rotf
