What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)

Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005

Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.

So, what are you listening to right now?

Haim.
Thanks to you i've discovered I like how he plays Debussy!
I think this CD you've ordered sound better than the Images 1&2. ( contents are both excellent, tho! )

I don't find his style of playing particularly *analytical* as in the review Mark posted.

He's sooooo precise but somehow keeping the drama without being overtly corny.
