What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)

Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005

Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.

So, what are you listening to right now?

rather than listen on my old system set up in their playroom, Miss Sloop Jnr (9) is choosing to listen to this on the Naim system. ( this could spell trouble!)

"The Road to Hell" sounded fab with the wick turned up. Let's hope the family don't come back too soon Big Grin

I know, Mozart year is over, and they only did bring this to market in November... Nice and refreshing alternatives. Mozart goes wah-wah goes turntables goes drums. I like the piece on the CD sleeve that says "All compositions by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart adapted by Uri Caine"...
