What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)

Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005

Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.

So, what are you listening to right now?

Arcade Fire - Neon Bible.

Finally got round to going to the shops for this. Old fashioned concept I know but it works for me.

Initial thoughts are that it is not as varied as Funeral, but I am sure it will grow on me in the same way as the first album did.

Regards

Nic

This is my first time listening to B.R.M.C. and the jury's still out - Howl made a much greater impression first time round the block. I'll have to give this one a bit more time.

on rebound form the x-rated horror movie the end of United's season is fast becoming.

The "earth died screaming" seemed as good a place as any to start.

Corey,

Left work early yesterday and went at a local record shop.
The first copy I bought was too noisy, but the one I bought yesterday is dead quiet.

Scored about 50 records and been listening to them all day long whilst cleaning out the closet! Big Grin
