What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)

Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005

Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.

So, what are you listening to right now?

Korngold violin concerto with Jascha Heifetz on the fiddle, next up the Rózsa

Great stuff from these chaps that are best known for soundtracking the golden years of Hollywood

First taste o Bartok - so far so good; not as difficult as I'd imagined.

The Today programme on Radio 5. Got it on the Nato5 in the lounge and my DAB alarm clock in the bedroon. Th time delay between the two creates a very wierd echo effect!

The Nato5 is not a bunch of dissidents! I meant the NAT05!
