What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)
Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005
Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.
So, what are you listening to right now?

Think it's Artifact and Living, off of the Donnie Darko film soundtrack.

Spock's Beard - SB CD 2006. I am enjoying this. Not sure I could put this a genre though Nu-prog maybe.

"Intropsections 1985 - 2005" Bruce hornsby. Disc1 of a 4 disc set. These are recent live eversions of some of his classic early songs. Boy can this guy play the piano. Really enjoyable so far.

Denis, I have quite a few of his but don't know that one. What's it like? I'm more of an Egyptians sort of Hitchcock fan than solo but he's never dull...

A super album (their best I think). I recently got the CD of their Swedish Radio concert, made just before this was released. It's very good, though it does include a fairly duff cover of Vanilla Fudge covering You Keep Me Hanging On.
