What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)

Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005

Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.

So, what are you listening to right now?

Erik,

I hope everything is well with you.

Here are more samples of covers for Gardiner's Bach cantatas. They do not specify a particular reason for the images, and I would guess that it is a way to convey the idea that the Bach Cantatas fit and are appreciated everywhere on our (hopefully peaceful) planet, regardless of country and culture.

Hi Haim,

All is well here and I trust you are well to. Thanks for the info. I see these recordings get rave reviews - I'm going to start collecting them.

All the best,

Erik

Having owned Blackfield II for 6 months now I can finally say its the equal of the debut album. This is melancholic Pop at its best and 'live' the band are Fab.
