What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)
Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005
Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.
So, what are you listening to right now?

Just discovering him late on, Chris! I've got Shades as well which I love. Very laid back, very rhythmic, great, great music!

For what it's worth, that Bill Frisell album got a good review in the Sunday Times this past weekend.

I'm still unconvinced by this so-called lost psych gem.

Some of the most delightful music for bassoon (quartet and sonatas) I have ever heard.

Pretty miserable at the moment - should pick up towards the end of the week, with a fine weekend forecast.
