What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)

Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005

Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.

So, what are you listening to right now?

Marriage of Figaro, something to take my mind off the cold, damp weather and sleet that is falling outside.

ROTF, thanks for that. I've just realied that the vinyl is on 45rpm so may go for the cd. I have an lp12 and the adater is horible to use and a real detriment to sound quality.

All the best

Huw & Stefan, thanks for the recommend. I hope that you have the earlier disc by the same pair as well (Pour la Violle et le Theorbe).

Haim

Heavy pressure and state of flux in my work life at the moment, hence going for my "comfort music"
