What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)

Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005

Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.

So, what are you listening to right now?

Great album, it would be nice if there was a better CD copy, but you can't have everything.

...well it ain't gonna blow your socks off. Well recorded and musical. Showcase for each band talent in turn, with some "in the same vein as previous" tracks which somehow don't quite fully excite. If you are an Eagles fan it is worth having....May grow on me with more playing.

Joni Mitchell - Shine. It was a long wait, but Joni delivers the goods again in 2007.

One of his finest in my view.

Hi!
Open the "properties" window of the pic you want to post.
Copy the image URL and paste it into the "display image" dialog box you can open clicking on the second icon from right on the commands line of the page you have clicking on "reply".
To post pics you have stored in your pc on this thread you have to use an image host service site like Imageshack or Photobucket.
Cheers!

Mozart's Don Giovanni, the new René Jacobs disc on Harmonia Mundi. Thanks Adrian, if you're reading. Very fresh reading, not quite sure why some of the critics are bashing this.
