What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)

Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005

Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.

So, what are you listening to right now?

I've been given the afternoon off by the Boss, so just thought I'd test my Crimbo Zerostat pistol... Big Grin

And now...

And later...

Followed by some Blues to cheer us up, just in case Beth Gibbons makes us too depressed. Probably...

After which a film, I think. Babette's Feast or The edit Simpson's Simpsons' Movie...

Good to see that someone else likes Laura Cantrell. I thought it was just me - and the late John Peel of course.

Nigel

I've got all Laura's elpees - can't see how anybody could not like them, her performances are stunning. Not The Trembling Kind is my favourite LC album.

Same here. Have all of Laura Cantrell's albums as well. Nice to see some fans one the forum. Smile I'd say When The Roses Bloom Again is my favorite.
