What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)

Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005

Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.

So, what are you listening to right now?

Why do you need to say more about such a perfect work?!

Personally, I think you'd make a great record reviewer. I get fed up with the b/s that most come out with just to fill their quota of words.
Jeff do you get your albums from a store? Or do you get them on line?
Munch
Mainstream discs usually at a store. My more "unknown" stuff comes online as they are unavailable locally.

If you are wondering about the image, it is the "back cover".

~<>~ The Doobie Brothers The Captain and Me ~<>~

The Japaneese Vinyl Replica packaging is all very nice and the music holds up very well but this cd has been eningeered too 'LOUD' for it's own good. This is a lost opportunity, i thought the Japaneese knew how to make cd's sound good... although the compression could actually be worse it's a shame this cd doesn't have that depth of sound-quality that we know is there for the taking, and this effort doesn't fix my craving... shame : (
