What are you listening to right now? (VOL I)

Posted by: Tam on 06 June 2005

Anyway, to kick things off, I'm currently, and probably for most of the rest of this week, listening to Radio 3's Beethoven Experience. They're doing one of the piano concertos at the moment and (number 2 with Glenn Gould). Anyway, the experience thing probably needs its own thread, but, even on this cheapo radio it's proving fairly enjoyable.

So, what are you listening to right now?

Not difficult at all and very informative to spend a couple of days going through 11 cd's from the "Ruby" playing Chopin.

I got the CD deluxe version and was reminded of what a really good record this was.

munch,
I'm absolutely addicted to G&C! I have all their records, and consider Consequences a simple masterpiece. Their first records (L, Freeze frame, etc.) have considerably filled my need for inteligent music in the late 70s and early 80s.
It's great when you share an insane passion with someone else.

I bought this ages ago and never got round to playing it. The record is a double. Listened to the first record which is rather beautiful. If you like OTR you will love this.
