This may be part of the answer. On a wooden floor it is possible that the movement being experienced is a rocking or tilting motion. If this is so then the higher the unit is off the floor the more lateral travel it will have to absorb during this movement.
Therefore two suggestions:
1/ Try positioning the unit a bit lower in the rack. This may induce other issues but may let you get a handle on what is happening.
2/ See if you can beg/steel/borrow some roller bearing isolaters. These will very effectively isolate your kit from lateral movements (but do nothing for vertical movement). I have experimented with different designs of these for the last 6-8 months under various kit (including a TT - spooky) and the benefit was more pronounced with the front end. I don't know whether they will have any negative effects under the internally sprung kit but if you can try a set you can let me know.
