US exchange rates - good for CD's!

Just purchased a Cd I'd been after for a while (Perfecto presents Sandra Collins) from Cdnow.com and the exchange rate was 1.85. This meant a $25 cd came over at just over $14!

Y'all probably know this but just trying t help....

What do you think of Sandra?

I generally like the perfecto sound - shiny happy trancy stuff or dark aka Swordfish soundtrack. This cd is inbetween the two, sounds great in the car but a bit two dimensional and lacking in bass in certain tracks. Its certainly not mainstream tho, and is better that your normal Ministry of Sound/gatecrasher fodder IMO...

Not only do you get a fist full of dollars for your £'s at the moment; USA made discs generally sound better than their EU equivalent.

My favourite supplier is Djangos based in Portland, Oregon.

Beware - value of goods in excess of £18.00 can attract import duty and VAT.
