Bruges - good resturant?

Went to Bruges a couple of years ago - thoroughly enjoyed it and would love to go back sometime. Had a very nice meal at Den Huzaar on Vlamingstraat. It's just off the main square. Not open every day though so check first. If you just want moules and frites, most of the places on the square itsself are pretty reliable.

Could happily recommend this nice little place just off the main market square (so it's a bit quieter, and more romantic) their website isn't up to much, but don't let that put you off.
