kitchen knives...

we are after a good set of kitchen knives, perhaps together with a good sharpening system, unless the knives stay sharp "forever" (this possible??).

any suggestions? links? grateful...

Sunday afternoon is but a few hours away, let us pray that you have a stroopy wife.

Please Lord let it be.

Cuisinox pans are fabulous and I have Henkells and Global knives. I've been serious about food and cooking for about 10 years now - all the above are standing up to that sort of use well.
You could shave with these knives once sharpened properly - I use a cheep but fine grade stone block thingy you get wet with water or oil. Happy cooking!

Some of the hardest and most professional people I've ever met are actually Gay, so that's another aspect to the game innit.

Piss: Mind you, you don't need a knife to eat them with, and if you're really hard you can smother them with Colman's English Mustard, after yer jogging session that is naturally.

PissĀ² They have bedroom knives in Swinedon I hear ?
