That article was obviously globularist propaganda.

The earth is flat - well saucer shaped to stop the ocean from spilling over the edge.

If it were round, sorry can't stop laughing at the thought, and you flew from the north pole then the plane would just go off endless in to space.

Moreover, Argentines, Australians an New Zealanders would be upside down and all the blood would rush to their heads.

I heard somebody say the earth was spinning which is even more ludicrous as we'd all be dizzy, our heads would be spinning, like a whirlpool it would never end.

There are lots of people who know the earth is flat - all the kids I taught geography to in the local high school for one thing, just before the headmaster asked me to leave. He was a globularist - he though Musical Fidelity sound great too.

Come on chaps - you should really understand that Cyrus Reed Teed explained how we are all living on the inside of a sphere and are held to the surface by centrifugal force. The sun being at the centre of the huge sphere

Flat earth, globe and solar system are just flights of fancy of a fevered mind.

MANY years ago South American Indians believed that the sun would not come up unless some poor sap jumped or was pushed into the volcano.

Oh well i believe that we cannot be alone in this universe.

We will not prove this until we can travel AT THOUSANDS OF TIMES THE SPPED OF LIGHT AND GET SOMEWHERE ALONG WAY FROM HERE.

I believe that one day Star Trek will be true and we will meet other life forms species from other planets.

But may take a very long time to develop the technology to get there in a decent time frame.
