Does anyone has any problems with the ball bearings that support the glass? Mine have all oxidised in places where the ball bearings come into contact with the glasses.

You should have bought mana/quadraspire/hutter/isoblue/base.
ps. Did Vuk ever suffer from rusty balls?

The above was just a bit of 'fun' sorry if it added to your anxiety.
Due you live in a particularly humid place? Or is your partner an enthusiastic wet cloth waver like the present Mrs Quigley ?
I'm sure Naim will be interested in youe experience and should be able to advise you on a remedy (a light wipe with WD40 perhaps?)

Concerning the price this experience of yours is more than disappointing. Possibly they'd change them, if your Fraim is under warranty?

I can't believe they weren't stainless steel in the first place like Vuk's

My 552/500 has oxidised so badly it now looks just like a 72 and pair of 135's, can you change it for a new one?
