You will need to get a qualified electrician to help you.

There are two principle aspects to consider

a. safety
b. sound

The rules about safety changed recently in the UK. You are no longer allowed to rewire your own house, unless it it checked out and certificated by a qualified electrician. You probably have different rules in your country. Never play about with the fuses. They are there for safety reasons. Stick with the those supplied or recommended by the equipment manufacturer and that includes both the hifi fuses and the distribution fuses (or circuit breakers) in the the house.

As for sound, it seems that 6mm sq or 10mm sq good quality cable does the job. Everybody seems to prefer a separate supply for the hifi. Some prefer a separate spur for each piece of kit and others prefer one or two spurs with a good quality distribition block at the end or a Grahams Hydra. Nobody seems to recommend a separate ring.

Take care on what questions you ask on this forum, otherwise Adam will delete this thread if things gett too specific or look like they could compromise safety.

Cheers
