Less than a week to go

This thread should give the English members of the forum a chance to 'bang on' about how wonderful their team is before the All Blacks have to burst the bubble by soundly kicking England's bum

Of course you're dead right. If we'd had that lot fit/picked we would've steamrolled over England in the final by at least 50 points!. I wish..

At least our footy team have played in every World cup whereas the all Whites have only played in the pattercake world finals once in 1982

The worst result for the ABs out of this whole world cup, will be if Graham Henry gets the job.

The guy was a disaster for Wales, a catastrophie for the Lions. He knows nothing about engendering team sprit and will only be out to feather his own nest. Stick with Mitchell, the problem's not with the coach but with the NZ game. Rugby Union is a 15, not a 7 or 13, man game.

'Cos he's a good, honest guy who wants a bit of competition for our world-beaters.

Actually, if you recall, many people called for his replacement after an England semi-final loss four years ago .... and the rest is history, as they say.

It's been a week since England lifted the World Cup against all the odds, and on foreign soil to boot (gedit). Time for you Aussies and Kiwis to tell us how great our rugby team is one more time.

Just think, we've got at least another four years of this!
