phono stage specs

I can't seem to find specs on the MC phono stage for my Nait3. I wanted to know what the input impedance and capacitance was. Can anybody help?

Type "S" 100µV, 470 Ohms
Type "K" 100µV, 560 Ohms
Type "E" 400µV, 560 Ohms

Note that capacitance isn't published as your arm leads wiring would dominate here.
