Sad, they are my favourite 'normal' rock band.. I have seen them in the early years, through 'thick and thin' (excuse the song title pun) to the latter years. They were great live too..Well they have split, to persue solo stuff...etc etc Steve Gorman has left the band anyway...
For any fans out there who wish to lament with me, my fave period was the 'Southern Harmony / Amorica' period..with Marc Ford / Ed Harsch.
Marc Ford ALWAYS blew me away with his live lead guitar stuff, whilst Audley Freed is/was good, but Marc was the business.
I heard one song on the web from his <Marc's> solo album, and was distgusted at what I heard! PANSY GUITAR..Hope the rest of the album is better..Can anyone shed light on this album??
Ps I am still after a vinyl copy of 'Southern Harmony and Musical Companion' album!!
