Don't forget the Schlumpf collection of Bugattis and others was kept secret for a long time,until the work force at the mill found out.

Well, sort of an urban myth. I mean, the barn actually exists and it's actually full of vintage cars. But it all still belongs to the person who put them there, AFAIK.
A friend of mine bought a property in eastern Washington state; said property had around ten barns and sheds, all filled to overload with...
Wagon wheels. Wooden wagon wheels with iron rims. Rotten wooden wagon wheels with rusted iron rims, to be 100% accurate. Lord knows the state of mind of the looney who must have spent most of a lifetime acquiring thousands of the things.
Friend ended up torching most of the sheds, contents and all, then scrapping what iron remained.
