AV2 with Denon DVD-2500BT

Denon has just released a Blu-ray Disc transport, anyone know if this will work ok with an AV2?

Richard,

I think the transport only works via HDMI and has no other outputs . The Naim doesn't have HDMI or DVI .

You're absolutely right. It looks as though the forthcoming Denon DVD3800BD will be able to connect to the AV2 but that has a whopping £1600 price tag.....

Hi Richard

Yes the Denon DVD-2500BT, as you have realised is a transport only. Great if you have the decoding in the amp but not so good if you don't!

You can pick up a Onkyo 606 for under £400 if you wish to try.
