Master Base

Hi Y'all,
I was wondering:
Has anyone tried 'master base' under their Naim equipment.
I'm not sure if they sell the stuff worldwide, but in Holland it's available (only in a few store's though)
It contains 4 pieces of very light pieces of alumium coated with kevlar.
Earlier this year I had the chance to visit a demo of it, in a store.
They placed it underneath a TT and under some Klipsch speakers. (looks horrible though)
The difference was immediately noticeable!
(on a Holfi Integrated amp)
Voices sounded more open,relaxed and details were easier to follow. Also bass became faster.
It cost around 45,- euro(28,- UKP?) for 4 pieces of 2x2 inches.
