Some Hard Core

Here are a few outstanding "Hard Core" or what I call hard core, alternative CD's out there.
Sevendust: Animosity
Lots of edge to it. The singers voice is awesome. Reminds me a little of the old Living Color. Much better though.
Theory of a Deadman: self titled.
If you like Nickleback, you'll likely enjoy this disc. A little less metal and more rock. I saw them play in TO after listening to them for a couple of months. Great show. Amazing CD.
30 Seconds to Mars: self titled.
If you are a fan of the electronic/rock type record (Filter, Fear Factory) you may enjoy this one. Well put together, and a little different.
Seether: Disclaimer.
Outstanding! Really like this one. Part of that post grunge, angry dude crowd. A must listen.
Our Lady Peace: Gravity.
I am a bit biased here because a couple of these guys are old friends of mine. Having said that, this CD is one of my favorites this year; and it marks, in my opinion, their best work.
Audioslave: self titled.
The guy at Musicworld said: "It's not Soundgarden, and it's not Rage Against the Machine". I haven't been able to turn it off for a week. Awesome! If you like either band, I highly recommend it. It takes a few listens to really get into it. Another example of what happens when you get some great talent together.
