All time al***s...?

All-time favourite album has to be 'The Songs of Distant Earth' by Mike Oldfield. Not only is it an epic musical journey, but it tests most aspects of a system's capabilities. Check out the opening minute, it'll tell you a lot about your system...!
Anybody else got recommendations for me? :-)
Regards,
Gavin

No wait, the Wall.
Ah shit, time to come out the closet, I like Saucer Full of Secrets, I think it was the big old organ sounds that got me.
Which reminds me, saucerfull, Big Organ, DV XX-1 I feel some neighbour annoyance coming on.

Nanci Griffith;“One fair summer evening” recorded live on 12/8/88 at Anderson Fair, Huston Texas. best track "Spin On A Red Brick Floor".
Emma Kirkby; Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s “Exsultate Jubilate”. Side 1 track 1.
Two oldies, after all these years Nanci still makes me cry and Emma offers a good sing along in latin. Pure emotion when needed, what more can you want from your music?

Ahhhh... another Nanci Griffith fan! Thank god I am not alone!
Yes, Roy T, "One Fair Summer Evening" is a beautiful album. My favourite track is "More Than A Whisper".
Going into a Woolworth's Store will never be the same again!!! She is just so witty and funny with an audience. I've seen her in two live concerts here in UK. Wonderful!
My favourite Nanci album, however, has to be "Other Voices Other Rooms". Perfection!
