Burndy question for Paul S.

Morning Paul,

I know you're around because threads are vanishing from my screen.

Anyway, is the Burndy lead (CDPS -> CDS2) that length for a specific reason or, if I wanted to upgrade from grey to black, can I get a longer one, 1.75m say?

alex, you are the cable expert!
I would not make it longer but perhaps in your system all would be fine. I would not attempt the mod adding a bit on could be difficult!!

I guess you're a bit fed-up after Fabien's antics.

I asked because I don't know the first thing about cables (but I do know a man who does). I just try them out.

I want to buy a nice new black one! I just wanted to know if you can make it a bit longer. Have you experimented with longer ones or do you just feel it wouldn't work. I certainly won't be trying to add bits onto the grey one.

Yep just order it from your dealer,cannot say how it would perform in your system, fed up no I am a gunners fan!
