I knew it!

I was so wrong; I thought wine enhanced music!

Wine enhances most things that i'm aware of. Well with the exception of the topics of those emails that go straight to my spam folder

With regard to a nice organ, I rather like this none to large but very responsive example of a great Baroque organ! Still [with careful maintainance] in perfect condition, it is to be found in Cappel Parish Church in North Germany. Only a two manual, and used by Helmut Walcha to make many recording of Bach's and others' music.



It has fantastic clarity and response!

I prefer a slightly smaller organ with such characterists! George
