CD5 error

Hi there,
My system is CD5, NAC112, NAP150, FC2, B&W CDM 9NT.
I have my Naim equipment now for less than 1 year and already have a problem with the CD5.
After changing a CD, the CD5 doesn't recognice the next CD I put in. It doesn't make noise (I did find some threads where problems with the CD5 where discused, but in those cases there was always noise when insert a CD).
In my situation, when starting with "start" the display shows "err". It also looks like the CD doesn't rotate. After turning the CD5 off and on again the same problem coms back. I tried a couple of CD withe no good results.
The problem occures while listening from one to another CD within half a hour!
Anyone expierienced the same?
Luckely i have warrenty, but it really makes me sad that a naim box less than 1 year old is turning me down!
