Naim CDP firmware upgrades

Chaps,
I've read in several threads about firmware updates being available for Naim CDPs, is this correct?
I tried running a search for more info on the forums and have come up with bugger all.
Can Paul S or someone please let us know:
1. What CDPs are firmware updates available for
2. Where the software is available from? e.g. is this something that can be downloaded over the net and cut to a CDR?
3. How do we check what firmware version we're presently running?
4. What version is currently recommended?
