Looks like 2 delta sigma DACs wired in parallel for each channel and simple asynchronus reclocking for jitter control. These sort of things make good #s but I don't generally find them tuneful. It's possibly good by paying attention to details but probably not special.

The T+A does not use asyncronus reclocking. I once talked to one of the designers at a hifi show here in Germany. It offers a few sophisticated digital filters to choose from... not a bad idea.
