I really should be posting this in the music section, however with such short notice I've decided to post here.
Kruder & Dorfmeister will be playing in London tomorrow (Friday 17th July) at "Fabric" in EC1 from 10pm.
If I got the address right, it is 77a Charterhouse Street.
Anyone interested?
P.S. I just checked with the club, the tickets are sold out BUT if you arrive early (9:30 or before then they'll let you in).

Something spooky is happening. I was going to reply to your e-mail along the lines of "who they?", having never heard of them, but thought better of it. Then last night, milling around Virgin Records I came across a 5 for £30 selection and looking me in the eye were "K&D: THE K&D Sessions".
So going from having never heard of them to hearing of them to seeing a CD in less than 6 hours made me think that some mysterious force was at work. Best not fight it, so I coughed up.
So there you go. Mind you, if IMHO they're cr*p, the bill is coming your way, Andrew

Erm... their later stuff is better (Tosca, Peace Orchestra). More like the Sofa Surfers track on there.
K&D Sessions isn't quite as...er.... focussed.
The cheque is in the post.

Andrew, I haven't listened to it yet, but would you describe this as "local music for local people" then?

You know I've got the DVD of the 1st series, but haven't seen it because the PC's DVD player is locked on region zero
I thought I had installed anti-zoning software, but left an old DVD program installed too!!! Which locked it after 5 zonal changes!

I agree with Vuk; the K&D Sessions is way better than Tosca, for the reasons he cited.
