Just bought my first Ozric Tenticles CD: Strangeitude, Excellent!.

Also bought A flaming lips number, not sure yet sounds like he can't actually sing.

Got the new starsailor CD, nice recording.

Now go and buy some more. Start with Waterfall Cities - harder edged but more rewarding ultimately.

Not yet, as usual I have a whole load of music I *MUST* get but forget once I get in the candy store! For instance I wanted to get goldfrapp today and forgot!

Anyhow also got an eels cd which is really good as well, all in all a succesful purchase day! Got a nice suit as well!

Anyhow more tenticles will follow, very impressed.

Afterswish (double CD) is a compilation of their earlier stuff. Pungent Efflugent and Erpland are classics! Enjoy the physchedelic space reggae.

I still reckon Strangeitude is one of the best ozrics albums..( well it's my fave anyway!) It's still psyc space rock, rather than a bit more dance driven like a bit of ozrics! The synths are spaceier rather than 'lead' stuff of latter days..
Waterfall cities is certainly good. Lots of debate over the drummers, I like RAD's technical stuff, but somehow his kit always sounded like a cardboard box, compared to Merv's.. Merv had the GROOVE..

You still can't beat 'space between your ears' though!!!
