For those that are interested he has an album out of instrumentals titled 'Speechless'. Most of the tracks are previously released but there's 3 new ones and a lovely tune called 'Rise and Fall' which has only been available in Japan according to the liner notes.

This track is slow and jazzy (guitar/bass/drums) and a real bass feast. The Allae's in our shop were doing a fine job of filling the listening room with deep powerful bass.

Check this album out if you like instrumental guitar in the folky/World/Jazz vein.

Thanks Rick - sounds promising.

I love 'Train In The Rain' from 'Dart To The Heart', which I see is on 'Speechless'.

I take it these are new recordings, and not a compilation of instrumentals, culled from previous albums?

Hi John,

All but 4 tracks are from previous albums but it's still worth getting for the 'Rise And Fall' track.
