My opera friend has great ears and knowledge of music, brought over his Britten War Requiem and we could hear the echos in the hall, and he gasped once when he heard the singers take a breath. That escaped me, but he finally knows what I have gone on about. He really liked my system, it was an 82 now I have a 52. I go to his apartment and he has a Denon and old speakers, I think JBL. It sounds all soft and muddled.
