Any body watch the new series form the people who brought Lost?
Not as immediate as Lost, but quite intriguing.

The connection being that by episode 7582 the show will perform the trick of vanishing up its own arse in a puff of pretentious, overly slick, smoke.

Yes, I'll stick to dum ass 'the wire' and 'Mad Men'.

I watched it. My wife liked it more than I did, but I'll give it another chance.
My problem with TV these days is that after experiencing Mad Men, everything else is just a distant 2nd.

Simon, Has season 3 not started in England yet? We are through 7 episodes in the US. I'll just say that season 3 starts a bit slow but once episode 6 and 7 arrive, prepare to have your mind blown!

I don't want to know too much!!
We have to wait until spring 2010 for season three! I might try and buy a full set of recorded disks (once the US season is over) from the states (ebay).
I am hoping that the program continues to get funded because I know US audiences are not that large. I am picturing season eight where Donald and co try to get their heads around the hippy movement, Vietnam, man on the moon, female liberation, racial changes etc etc.
It would make for a fantastic program 'arc' if we ended up with Don jaded in a 1970's office in a stay pressed nylon suit!
