I don't think Irn-Bru is well known outside Scotland even though it's phenomenally popular up here. This ad was a big hit last year and it's back on TV now. Some of you may find it amusing.

Yes, IrnBru is pretty well known; as far south as Sheffield at least. "Made from girders, in Scotland." or so they will have us believe.
Shame the lad singing doesn't have a broad scottish (whatever that is?) accent. Nice tho.

You should have seen me try and explain the "girders" advert to my Dutch friend who liked Irn-Bru......very amusing, but we got there in the end......
Turns out girders could also be called "bollock" in dutch, or beams in a house if you like.....
So another friend of ours, over in Holland, hangs his punch bag from his bollocks!
